Ordering

Wholesale orders are placed directly with the WOODS team. All products, pricing, and minimum purchase quantity are subject to change and seasonal availability.

Payment and Terms

Acceptable payment methods are Wire Transfer, EFT, Credit Card (VISA or MasterCard, no AMEX), and Check. A credit check is required for any order that is not pre-paid, in which terms are available. Payment will be collected at time of purchase and once it goes through, the order will be shipped. Please note, checks can take 2-3 additional business days to process.

Lead Time

Lead time generally is 7  business days for in-stock products and 60-90 business days otherwise. Final order dates may apply for special occasions and holidays.

Brand

All WOODS products are under trademark protection. The brand name must be displayed and all WOODS products cannot be named or reproduced outside of this trademark. WOODS products cannot be sold or advertised on any channel, including Amazon, without approval. WOODS products can only be sold in the United States, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Sales Tax

We accept resale certificates to waive state sales tax.

Cancellation

Full-refund cancellation request must be received prior to order processing. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for orders processed but not shipped. All refund is via check.

 Return and Exchanges

All wholesale orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please notify us if you have been sent any incorrect or defective items.

Shipping and Delivering

Shipping fee will be charged separately from the product cost. Woods accepts shipping labels provided by customers.
